There it is. I don't know what it's called, but I made it myself and it's good. It has cucumbers, little dry red onions, cilantro, lime juice, ground roasted rice, a tiny bit of sugar, salt and fish sauce. It's supposed to be eaten with sticky rice, but I don't eat sticky rice much because it lives up to it's name and sticks to me. I did eat it with a bowl of nice, brown rice. Mmmm! Aren't you all jealous? I didn't get to put any nam-palah in it because I also don't keep that in my house.

I think the sticky rice is wonderful, but the dish with brown rice does sound much more healthy.
